In this episode, I want to talk about all the pressure that has been put on us a moms. The world expects us to look a certain way as moms and it makes it extremely difficult to live up to those expectations because it seems like they are changing every single day. 

So join me, as I get vulnerable with my internal thoughts on motherhood and how we need to change our mindset on motherhood moving forward. It shouldn’t be about wanting or needing a break from our kids, but the truth is we DO feel that way. So let’s figure out how to correct that moving forward!
